Rainna Reynolds brings over a decade of invaluable experience from her time at Karmarama, where she began at reception - the beating heart of any top agency - and quickly rose to become a core part of the agency's culture & success. With exceptional project management and organizational skills, Rainna effortlessly coordinates cross-functional teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently from concept through to execution.

Rich has shot adverts and branded content for the likes of Google, Guardian, Greenpeace and Amazon (just to show not all his work begins with a “G”). Rich’s first ever film was a low budget satirical documentary starring Hugh Grant, Steve Coogan and a sex toy positioned on the editor of the Daily Mail’s doorstep. It premiered at Sheffield Doc/Fest and was acquired by Netflix. 

Since then his work for has won awards at festivals all over the world, with his latest feature film Kneecap winning the Audience Award: NEXT at Sundance 2024. It is released theatrically worldwide in 2024

Gresty's been designing graphics for everyone - from hopeful startups deluded into thinking a slick logo will save them to brands so ancient they probably sponsored the invention of the wheel. He works directly with clients, seeing their lofty dreams and laughable delusions firsthand, cutting down timescales and costs like a machete through bureaucratic red tape.

A visionary in paws-itive brand awareness, Penny has led the pack in tail-wagging campaigns and snackable content (literally). With a nose for trends and an unshakeable belief in walk-and-talk meetings, she’s transformed belly rubs into brand loyalty and fetch into funnel strategy.

When she’s not chasing squirrels or quarterly goals, Penny can be found napping through brainstorms and demanding ROI (Returns on Ice cream). A firm believer in barketing with purpose she’s proof that great ideas don’t always come on two legs.

With over 20 years’ experience in accountancy, Max founded Real Time Accountants in 2023 and now partners with Double W Worldwide to support the financial growth and stability of the business. He specialises in helping founders and creative leaders get more from what they’ve built — making sure the numbers support the vision, not restrict it.

Max ran his family accountancy firm for over a decade and originally trained with PwC in both Manchester and Auckland. Outside work, he’s a keen kite surfer, triathlete, and dad... usually not all at the same time.

Peter’s journey is a savory tale of creativity and calculation. From his humble beginnings pot washing at the illustrious 3 Michelin star restaurant, The Waterside Inn, he whisked his way into the culinary spotlight with his famed, secret Salad Cream. This delightful concoction, crafted with mathematical precision, caught the eye of Heinz in 2012, turning culinary art into a lucrative recipe. But Peter didn’t stop there; fueled by his passion for numbers and his knack for business, he made a sharp turn into the world of accounting and finance. Now, his expertise is sought after by start-ups in both Lisbon and London, as he skillfully helps them untangle the complexities of finance.

With a career spanning over two decades, Will was a visionary at the forefront of advertising, shaping groundbreaking campaigns and inspiring everyone around him. His work with iconic agencies like DDB, Karmarama, UNLTD-INC, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky London set benchmarks in the industry and showed what true creative dedication could achieve.

Will’s portfolio included the high-profile launches of Monese, Trussle, the rebrand of PayPal, Guinness and various Nintendo hardware products. In 2012, he also co-created the UK’s first mainstream charitable beer, Two Fingers Brewing Co, raising over £100,000s for Prostate Cancer UK. Each project reflected his belief that creative ideas should not only capture attention but create real-world impact.

Will’s passion for innovation and his commitment to meaningful, lasting brand connections are at the core of everything Double W Worldwide stands for today. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit continues to inspire and guide us in every campaign we create, honouring his legacy by driving results that resonate and building loyalty that lasts.
